the beginning

I used to blog, before myspace and facebook, and now 2 more kids later, a divorce and....well to help keep my sanity a little more intact I am jumping back into the world of blogging, hoping and praying that writing about daily/weekly happenings will put a smidge more meaning to what my journey in being a mom is all about

So let me start by introducing my first born:she is 6 yrs old, of course going on 16, she is bright, strong, beautiful (scary beautiful, and I'm not just being biased...OK maybe a little) and her favorite thing to do in the whole entire world is talk....non-stop 24/7 talk, talk, talk. She is the perfect product of a not so perfect 3 year marriage that ended just before her 2nd birthday.

Next in line is darling daughter #2: she is 3 yrs old, with bouncing blond curls and her daddy's big hazel eyes. She is shy and funny, sweet and cuddly. She is a tomboy with a bow in her hair, would go hunting in a heartbeat if mommy would even for a second allow it (which absolutely is NOT going to happen) She is the perfect product of her daddy and I's wonderful, happy, fulfilling going on 3 year marriage.

last but most certainly not least is miss peanut: she is freshly 2 yrs old and is described in one word: firecracker! she is full of energy, defiance, love, humor, attitude, joy, spirit, spirit, and more spirit, she talks about as well as her 3 yr old sister and can fight better than the oldest, she has a big heart and a strong will, she is without a doubt MY daughter.

So those are my precious gifts from God, now to get to me:I'm 28 yrs old, I was divorced from dd1's father in March of 2005, I had my 2nd daughter in June of 2006 and married my husband in December of 2006. DD#3 was born in October 2007, that's 3 kids and a 2nd marriage at 26 yrs old, did I plan it that way? what do you think? I love my kids and wouldn't change anything about my life, each road I've traveled has gotten me to where I am today which is happy, healthy and surrounded by people I love and who love me. who could ask for more? not I!
