WW day one

so yesterday was the first day of counting points and walking, it went pretty good, BUT it was REALLY hard!! it's hard not being able to eat whenever I want, it's not really the food that I'm eating but how much I'm eating, I was hungry pretty much all day but I am hoping and praying that my body get's used to the new portions and I won't always be this hungry! I started a multi vitamin today hopefully that will curb the appetite a little and give me a little more energy! only got in a mile this morning but plan on doing the other mile later today, tomorrow and everyday following I will do the 2 miles in a row I mis-calculated my route today...oops! one more hour until lunch I can't wait!!

  1. It DOES get easier!

    I highly recommend taking fish oil (I do the pills) daily...it helps with the hunger and makes it easier to stick to your "diet"...plus fish oil is SUPER healthy. Doesn't have to be an expensive brand. :)
